Why should we give you exclusivity on an assignment?
Full executive search techniques require a lot of hard work and therefore instead of charging 1/3 on commencement, 1/3 on provision of shortlist and 1/3 on completion we just asked for your commitment in a way that means you have no up front costs and pay only on success. Also if you use a multi-agency approach then you will tend to receive a watered down approach from each of the agencies instead of the commitment expected

How many candidates should I interview?
Due to the specialist nature of most positions it is likely that there are only 3 or 4 people who will be willing and able to be successful in the position and due to our qualification process you should not need to see more than this for each position.

When do you recommend using an Advertising Assignment?
It is always comforting to know you have covered all of the bases in the search process however we would recommend utilising our service predominately for senior recruitment or volume recruitment.

Should I use Psychometric Tests?
Perception about this type of testing is divided however we feel that they are beneficial in gaining an insight into the behavioural traits of a person. They should not be used to make a final decision but to combine the results with the detail from the interviews to help make a more informed decision. These tests also offer good lines of questioning at 2nd interviews.
